The Spanish Fork Gun Club is hosting a Valentine’s Date Night with dinner and shooting on Saturday, February 15th at 5pm.  Whether you’re an expert or need a beginner class, come enjoy a unique date night out!  Check out their website for details!

The Picklr is a franchise of indoor pickleball courts and is opening in Spanish Fork this April.  They are located at 1401 N 300 W and feature 11 indoor pickleball courts with league or drop in play.  For more information, check out their website: https://thepicklr.com/location/spanish-fork/

After a lot of anticipation, Longhorn Steakhouse has opened in the Harbor Freight shopping center.  They will offer call-ahead seating once they have fully trained their staff in about 90 days.  They offer lunch and dinner options but do not accept reservations.

Wingstop is currently under construction next to Aubergine Kitchen in the Target shopping center. I don’t have any more information yet but will announce an opening date when I find out.

Bills and Bagels will be held on Saturday, March 1st in the Nebo School District board room (350 S Main St SF) starting at 7:15am. Breakfast will be served and join your local Legislators to talk about the 2025 Legislative Session.

In Provo news, Utah County has just pledged $78M to help expand the Provo Airport from 4 gates to 10 over the next 15 years. The first phase of the project will start this April with enlarging the apron area (where the planes park) and then move onto ticketing and baggage expansions. Their goal is to have a majority of the project completed by the 2034 Winter Olympics.

Utah real estate is resilient despite what is happening in the US and world.  Median price per square foot has held relatively steady over the past year, despite rates going up and down.
