Utah real estate is resilient despite what is happening in the US and world. Median price per square foot has held relatively steady over the past year, despite rates going up and down. Even with the influx of a lot more inventory coming on the market, the median price per square foot is around $240. Does that mean you take your square footage and multiply it by $240 and you’ve got your value? Unfortunately, no. Real estate values take into account a lot more than a median price per square foot! I am happy to give you a free market analysis of your home and where your value lies. Reach out to me for more information!
