August 2021 – Spanish Fork Happenings The Utah County Fair starts August 5-7th at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds (475 S Main Street) and includes a rodeo, monster trucks, and a demolition derby.  Go to utahcountyfair.org for more information. March 2021 – Spanish Fork Happenings Spanish Fork Hospital will open for patient care on April 5, 2021.  This 33 bed facility sits on 45 acres that features an emergency room, women and newborn services, infusion, lab, and surgical services.  The address is 765 E Market Place Drive. January 2021 – Spanish Fork Happenings Pedi & Mane recently opened at 1246 Canyon Creek Drive.  They specialize in esthetics and hair services.
