Site plans have been submitted with Spanish Fork city for Swig and R&R BBQ.

• Swig’s location will be 732 N 800 E (in the VASA parking lot behind Cafe Rio).
• R&R BBQ’s location will be 852 N 700 E (directly west of In-n-Out). It will feature a drive through.

The Barn Farmers Market will be built at 421 S Main Street. They have also submitted a site plan with the city.

Holiday Oil has started construction on the gas station, convenience store, and car wash. It is located on the corner of HWY 6 and Spanish Fork Parkway (previously the Olsen’s sheep farm).

The Intermountain Hospital was originally set to open in October 2020 but has been pushed back to April 2021 due to COVID.

• 7-11 Grand Opening 300 S and Main Street
• In N Out 795 E 800 N
• Hobby Lobby 1306 Canyon Creek Pkwy (between Super Walmart and Lowes)
• Spanish Fork City Fire Station #62 2635 E Canyon Road (scheduled to open September 2020)
