Zao Asian Cafe will be opening this Summer. The building is currently under construction and is located next to R&R BBQ.
Home Goods is finally opening on March 3rd. It is located next to Old Navy in the Canyon Creek shopping center.
Jazzercise is having a grand opening in their new location on February 5th at 9am. Their address is 49 E 1000 N next to Seagull Book.
JDawgs announced they will be opening a new location in Spanish Fork in the same shopping center as Handels.
Hive Parks is hoping to open in March and is located in the old Shopko building.

The calm before the storm has passed and here we are back into this wild market. Just attend an open house or talk to an agent that represents new construction. If 40 homes are released for bidding on new construction and 300 offers are submitted, you tell me how the market is! Interest rates are climbing much faster than anticipated and the frenzy has begun as buyers hurry to get into a home. This market is shocking! There is no other way to put it. The average list price in Spanish Fork for January 2022 was $523,000 with the average sold price at $536,000. Given what the average sold price was just a few years ago (January 2020 $328K), it is definitely mind-blowing. So do you wait…for the market to crash…while home prices keep going up and interest rates do too? Many economists in real estate predict a minimum of 8-12% gain for 2022.
