Cupbop is currently remodeling the old Teriyaki Madness building located at 788 N 800 E. No word on when their grand opening will be but as soon as I hear, I’ll share the info!

The 33rd Annual Spring Train Show is being held Friday and Saturday, April 5-6th at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds. For more information, check out their website: OT&W Model Railroad Club (otwtrainclub.org)

Spanish Fork City will be turning on the pressurized irrigation system around April 15th.  Be sure to make sure your main valve is turned off to avoid flooding. For more information, go to spanishfork.org/pi

UDOT will be working on Highway 6 improvements for the rest of 2024 as they start with adding two dedicated green arrow left hand turns at Canyon Creek Pkwy and Expressway Lane.  Both are much needed but expect heavier than usual delays in the area. Crews are working at night to help avoid as much traffic as possible.  They will work their way up Highway 6 to make improvements.  

Spanish Fork High will have a ribbon cutting on May 20th from 6-8 pm to celebrate the completion of the new campus. You can walk through the old campus from 3-5pm on the same day.  Come say goodbye to the old SFHS and hello to the new SFHS!

Dutch Bros Coffee is hoping to be open before summer. They’re located on the corner of 1000 N and 200 E.

The real estate market is heating up!  Pent up buyer demand is bursting at the seams.  As we continue with an inventory problem in Utah, we’re going to see an increase in prices, offers over asking price and bidding wars.  I’m already seeing all of these and the rates haven’t “come down”  yet.  Let’s make a game plan on how to get you into a home, especially if you have a home to sell in order to buy your next home!  There is a strategic way to help you secure your dream home but we need to get started sooner than later.  Give me a call!
