In the real estate world, buyers remain on the fence whether to buy now or wait for rates to come down further.  While we have seen a decline in mortgage rates, many buyers are taking the “wait and see” approach given that there is a presidential election on the horizon.  It’s been an unusually quiet summer for real estate which means more buyers will enter the market if and when rates continue to drop.  Savvy buyers are entering the market now to get the best price on homes and will refinance accordingly.  Remember, a market analysis is always free on your current home.  Give me a call!
