December 2021 - Spanish Fork Happenings
Festival of Lights is open every night until New Years Eve from 6-10pm at the Canyon View Park. The cost is $8 per car and the lines can get long so get there early or close to closing time.
Quick Quack car wash is hoping to get the final approval from the city to build another facility off Hwy 6 and Spanish Fork Parkway.
The Silent Santa program is on December 4 from 10am-12pm and is geared for children and adults with sensory sensitivity. You can register for this appointment only event at Spanish Fork City’s website.
Shop with a Cop will be happening December 11th at 6am. Don’t be alarmed when 100-150 police cars are driving on Hwy 6 towards the Festival of Lights.
In case you missed it….
Popeyes is currently being built in the Old Navy shopping center.
The Buckle is also being built in the same shopping center next to TJMaxx.
Handel’s Ice Cream is almost nearing completion in the Harbor Freight shopping center.
Think I’ve missed something? Let me know!
There are a LOT of new housing developments coming to Spanish Fork. I’m keeping my eye on them as they get ready to build and release new homes. Usually prices are the last thing to be decided since the market keeps going up and builders want to maximize their returns. Each builder has their own process to release them (wait lists, first come-first served). Then they have different amounts for earnest money and construction deposits, various amounts due at the design center appointments, and the list goes on and on. I’m very familiar with each builder and what is needed to secure a home in this aggressive market. Give me a call to talk about what works best for you but call sooner than later as interest rates are climbing already!
