Big Bratt Clothing Boutique is moving locations with a grand opening on Saturday, January 7th at 10am. Their new location is 175 E 800 N (previously Creative Signs).
Slice-A-Pizza is planning to have their grand opening on January 20th and is located at 82 N 100 W.
West Studios is now open at 140 N Main Street and they specialize in aesthetics as well as piercing and fine line tattoos. They will have a grand opening on January 23rd. Inside the studio is The Hive Boutique which is open Monday-Saturday 10-5pm. Check out their IG pages @weststudios.ut and @thehiveboutiqueut
Dutch Brothers is hoping to open a store at 193 E 1000 N. I’ll update you as I find out more information.

Real Estate has been on a rollercoaster the past few months and we’re finally seeing some stabilization with interest rates. Naturally, homes are sitting on the market longer and sellers are expected to help the buyer with closing costs, interest rate buydowns, and all sorts of other creative tactics to incentivize them. How quickly this market has turned around! We are not seeing a big drop in prices but as more buyers are priced out of this market, we will see lower prices from sellers that need to list at this time. As we head towards the Spring market, we typically see an increase in buyers and sellers that were waiting for the holidays to pass.
