Dutch Brothers has put up a fence to start construction in the Macey’s parking lot.  Their address is 193 E 1000 N and I’ll keep you updated as construction starts.

The GreenXchange Program is now open for those who want to transition from a gas snowblower to an electric one. There is a $300 rebate for making the switch. Hurry before the program closes: Exchange Program – RenewChoice

The new location for South Utah Valley Solid Waste District (aka the transfer station/dump) is nearing completion.  It is located off of 3450 N in Spanish Fork. As soon as there is a ribbon cutting announced, I’ll post about it.

In Salem, Thrown Studio’s recently opened and features ceramic experiences with classes and date nights as well as the ability to purchase premade wares.  They are located at 93 UT-198 in Salem.

Also in Salem, there is a building under construction behind McDonald’s.  Two of the three units are still unannounced but one unit will be a Little Caesar’s Pizza store.

Real estate is heating up again as interest rates have dropped over the past 6 weeks.  Smart buyers are eager to cash in on seller concessions and purchase before a large number of hesitant buyers enter the market.  If you’re planning on buying or selling this year, don’t wait until rates drop to their low point.  Ask your lender if a streamline refinance or other options are available after you’ve purchased so you’re not competing with other buyers at the peak of rate declines.  Give me a call so we can make a plan to get started today!
