The real estate world is still moving along despite interest rates stalling many buyers from entering the market. If and when the rates come down, we expect a flood of buyers to enter the market and raise home prices due to demand. If you’ve been on the fence about buying, it might be time to jump in. A comparative market analysis is always free and I’m happy to do that for you. Please reach out to me via call, text or social media!
