Spanish Fork Happenings July 2023

July 2023 - Spanish Fork Happenings

Fiesta Days begins July 15th with a free event, Pyromusical, at the Sports Park from 6-10pm with live music, food trucks and a fireworks display set to music once it’s dark.  Other events include the children’s parade, car show, sports tournaments, carnival, rodeo and the grand parade.  For a full calendar of events, go to their website at:

(Side note…I am sponsoring the Pyromusical again this year.  I’ll have a booth near the food trucks so come say hello and grab some free water!)

There is a large development coming to the Benjamin exit off I-15 in Salem/Spanish Fork.  While no business names have been released yet, we know of an 80k sq ft grocery store, McDonalds, bank, gas station, RV dealership and some sit down restaurants.  Once I know more, I’ll be sure to update you!

The final movie in the park, Encanto, will be this Friday, July 7th at dusk.  Come enjoy dinner at one of the many food trucks and bring your blanket and chairs for the movie at 49 S Main Street.

I Heart Mac and Cheese is opening a store at 1287 N Canyon Creek Pkwy.  While the store is still under construction, you can check out their menu here: https://iheartmacandcheese.com/menu

Spanish Fork Area Chamber of Commerce’s Farmers Market begins July 29th and runs until the end of October every Saturday from 8am-1pm at 775 W Center Street.

Spanish Fork Library is continuing their Food for Fines program until July 31st.  You can earn from $1 to $3 off your fines (up to $20 total).  For more information, click here: https://www.spanishfork.org/news_detail_T17_R508.php

With various transportation projects going on in Spanish Fork, the state has delayed the widening of Hwy 6 from Canyon Creek Pkwy to Expressway Ln until Fall/Winter.

Utah County Fair begins August 2-5th at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds.  Admission to the fair and parking is FREE but other events require a ticket.  For more information, visit their website:

The real estate world is still moving along despite interest rates stalling many buyers from entering the market.  If and when the rates come down, we expect a flood of buyers to enter the market and raise home prices due to demand.  If you’ve been on the fence about buying, it might be time to jump in.  A comparative market analysis is always free and I’m happy to do that for you.  Please reach out to me via call, text or social media!
